Valuation User IDs Screen
Use this screen to view, add, modify, or delete Valuation User IDs.
Description of fields on the screen
| Field Label | Description |
|---|---|
| Add | Select this option to add a Valuation User ID. |
| Delete | This option deletes the selected record in the screen |
| Edit | Select this option to edit the information in the selected Valuation User ID record. |
| This option prints the list of Valuation User ID's. | |
| Print Preview | Selecting this option allows you to view the list of Valuation User ID's on your screen. |
| Active | When marked, indicates the ID is active. |
| Valuation User ID | This is the unique Valuatione User ID. |
| Company Code |
This value is the company code for the ID. |
| Office Short Name | This is the abbreviated name given to the ID record when it was created. |
| Last Updated | This value indicates when the last update to the record occurred. |
| Default | This value indicates which record is the default. |
